By opting into such communications, users expressly consent to receive:

  • Transactional messages;
  • Customer support messages;
  • Promotional campaigns;
  • Notifications and reminders.

Users acknowledge:

  • WhatsApp services are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.;
  • RCS services may involve telecom operators and third-party providers;
  • Delivery of messages depends on external network availability.

Users may opt out by:

  • Sending STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE requests;
  • Contacting our support team;
  • Using platform-provided opt-out features.

We strictly prohibit:

  • Spam;
  • Unsolicited communication;
  • Illegal marketing practices.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

SOHAM GENERAL AND DAILY NEEDS follows applicable communication regulations and platform policies.

Users understand:

  • Message delivery is not guaranteed;
